4-6 fruit & nut bars, chopped
Extra chopped dark chocolate (optional)
1 cup coconut milk (I used canned because it's creamier)
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1 1/3 cups coconut yogurt
Blue Majik powder
1. Mix chia pudding centre ingredients together and refrigerate
minimum 2 hours.
2. Add base ingredients to your blender and pulse until the mixture can
be pressed into mini tart pans.
3. Mix 1/3 cup Blue Majik and 2/3 cup with both Blue Majik and green
4. Fill the tarts with the chia pudding then top with the naturally
coloured coconut yogurt and decorate as desired.
