For simple chia pudding
Mix 2 Tbsp of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of almond milk or milk of
choice. Add sweetener of your choice. Maybe add some vanilla. Let sit in
the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
For lavender colour
1/2 tsp Blue Majik powder
1 tsp pitaya powder
1 tsp dried lavender, add to almond milk & blend in a high-speed
Once you achieve the desired colour, add chia seeds & let sit in
small jar or bowl for 20 minutes.
Topped with coconut yoghurt & sweet black figs (not shown)
