Granola Pizza

2 cups of low sugar, high protein granola
1/4 cup of desiccated coconut
1 Tbsp of coconut oil
1 Tbsp of nut butter
2 tsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of filtered water

  1. Add all ingredients except for the desiccated coconut to a blender and blend until  a dough forms
  2. Place dough into a bowl and add desiccated coconut
  3. Using your hands, roll dough into 4 balls and carefully shape them into small pizza bases
  4. Place in the freezer to set
  5. Top with coconut yoghurt (mixed with Blue Majik) and berries
