ACO Certification - E3Live Australia

Main Image
To maintain the reputation as the industry's leading certifier, ensuring integrity, impartiality and authenticity in trade, delivering best value for service for certified clients whilst protecting the rights and interests of consumers of organic products.

It is a requirement of ACO that all Director(s), executive staff, committee members, team members, contract auditors and reviewers execute a Declaration of Pecuniary Interest form annually. All Director(s), executive staff, committee members, team members, contract auditors and reviewers must be impartial in all certification decisions. In addition to this should a conflict or the possibility of a conflict arise then it is the responsibility of the officer concerned to raise this with the General Manager.

The Declaration of Pecuniary Interest contains a statement that personnel will refuse to take part in any decision making process where a conflict or potential conflict arises. This statement is of vital importance and is acknowledged by signing the declaration. The Pecuniary Interest form is completed annually by all Director(s), executive staff, committee members, team members, contract auditors and reviewers and all forms are reviewed by the General Manager to identify any risks and guarantee ongoing impartiality.

A list of contracted parties is available upon request from the General Manager of Australian Certified Organic (ACO).

E3Live Australia is proud to be ACO certified.
