Return and Refund Policy

A guarantee covers only products on the website that state a 100% product cost refund.

Return policies can also cover goods shipped that are damaged in transit, whereby product is contaminated or leaks, rendering it unsaleable. Postage is not refunded on these items. Photographic evidence is required (accompanied by a written letter or email within 10 days of purchase) in order for shipment to be covered by this refund policy.

*Please note: refunds only cover the actual cost of product; shipping costs are not included and are non-refundable. Money will be returned to customer bank account via electronic transfer*

Transfer Factor products: Every Transfer Factor product is covered by a 100% 365 day guarantee, which only applies if customer has been using products for a continual period of three ( 3 months) ; please note that unused product must be shipped back to E3Live Australia prior to receiving product cost refund. Also, a percentage discount (removed from the refund of product cost) may occur due to time taken to contact company about refund (not including shipping).

SelfHealth products: The following SelfHealth products are covered by a thirty day money-back guarantee (from date of purchase not including shipping): CalMagEdge, UTIEdge, and GoutEdge (note: GoutEdge must have been used continuously for 3 months as per instructions for this guarantee to take effect) All refunds do not include shipping.

Delayed Order Policy

Customer will be alerted via email within 24 hours (of order beingplaced) in regards to the status of their order in the event thatstock is on "back-order" - this email will include an Estimated Time of Arrival for the product order to be delivered.
