Options
Dry orders: For orders relating to our non-frozen products (i.e., everything but E3Live / E3Live w/BrainON), any combination and quantity can be arranged for delivery anywhere in Australia, within 3-5 business days of the order being received – which is confirmed by the customer receiving a automatically-generated invoice.

Frozen: Ship in quantities of 4, 8 or 12-24 (large box) using a sturdy polyfoam container, wrapped in cellophane and with small bags of ice added to ensure that the deep refigeration 'igloo effect' is kept intact for the 18-24 hour delivery span. Orders are sent out Mon-Wed every week to ensure next-day delivery using AusPost overnight express service – orders processed within 2 business days.
