Local Transport:
Our national carrier is TNT, which provides excellent door-to-door coverage and logistical support for every shipment.
We have two polyfoam container sizes for transporting frozen liquid E3Live - 2-to-4 bottle or 12-to-24 bottle. We include small bags of ice and wrap boxes in thick cellophane.
Due to the need to ship overnight express delivery for frozen product shipments, these will incur an additional fee for certain areas of the country on top of the regional flat rate.
We ship dry goods in packs or small boxes.
Shipping charges - Dry and frozen goods
* Flat rate of $15.00 for shipments to NSW, ACT and Melbourne (VIC).
* Additional rates apply to those areas outside of Melbourne (VIC) and for outback NSW
* Rates between $20.00-$35.00 for QLD orders (depending on area)
* Rates between $20.00-$30.00 for SA orders (depending on area)
* Flat rate of $25.00 to Tasmania
* Rates between $35.00-$45.00 for NT orders (depending on area)
* Rates between $30.00-$45.00 for WA orders (depending on area)
* Customers ordering more than one box of 4 bottles of frozen product will be charged an additional $10.00.
* Clinics or customers ordering significantly larger orders of dry and/or frozen product should contact us directly at e3liveaustralia@gmail.com to learn about special shipping rates and deals for such orders.
Delivery Notes - All orders
Any combination and quantity can be arranged for delivery anywhere in Australia – tax invoice receipts are automatically generated upon placing an online order, and (with an email provided) tracking information and shipping date will be provided upon order being ready to ship.
Customers who live in very remote areas - especially those living in rural WA and NT - and who are ordering frozen product (which requires express delivery), may be required to pay for additional shipping costs incurred with this form of delivery.
Delivery Notes - Frozen
Orders are sent out Mon-to-Wed every week to ensure next day delivery using TNT Next-day Express.
Given the frozen nature of the product, if there are specific drop-off instructions and/or preferred dates for delivery (to ensure that a person is available to receive package) please specify this when placing an online order in the 'Additional Information' box provided,, or send an email to e3liveaustralia@gmail.com with the invoice number.
