Story of E3Live

E3Live/AFA is an extraordinary freshwater plant food with a full spectrum of over 64 perfectly balanced, naturally occurring vitamins, minerals, amino acids (protein), enzymes, chlorophyll, essential fatty acids, cognitive-enhacing phytonutrients and other antioxidants.

There's only one ingredient in E3Live/AFA, and that's 100% Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, A.F.A. ('Invisible Flower of the Water'), an edible freshwater plant. AFA is at the very foundation of the entire food chain.

This simple organism is complete nutrition in its most basic form – a food that can be considered one of the "building blocks of health".

Collectively, the algae Kingdoms are comprised of over 50,000 individual species, including plankton and seaweeds. These organisms are responsible for 90% of the Earth's oxygen and 80% of its food supply. Perhaps the most interesting of these unicellular plant divisions are the cyanophyta (Blue Green Algae) community, of which there are about 1500 species, including edible varieties.

Blue Green Algae (Cyanophyta) has been eaten for health benefits by millions of people for thousand of years. In Africa, Mexico, China, Japan and Europe, the healing powers of algae have long been recognized. Records left by the Spanish explorers of South America, for example, show that Aztec people were harvesting what appeared to be some type of blue-green algae from lakes as early as the 16th century. Recently, in the United States, one species of blue green algae has attracted scientific attention: Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (AFA), a freshwater species of algae that is especially nutrient-rich.

All foods reflect the environment in which they are grown. The beautiful Upper Klamath Lake of Oregon, U.S.A. - one of the few remaining alkaline lakes on the planet - holds the key to E3Live's remarkable potency.

This lake has an astonishingly high mineral concentration due to a massive volcanic eruption that occurred in the vicinity over 7,000 years ago, covering the area with millions of tons of mineral ash. Seventeen streams and rivers deposit into the 140 square mile lake an annual average of 50,000 tons of the mineral-rich silt from the surrounding 4000 square mile volcanic basin, making Upper Klamath Lake one of the richest nutrient traps in the world (and part of the mineral-rich "Ring of Fire" region)

Much has been learned about this amazing aqua botanical since it became available as a food source nearly 30 years ago. There are more benefits being discovered every day as this cyanophyta is introduced to the medical and scientific communities. AFA has been available in powders and capsules, but now, for the first time in history, AFA is available in a more potent and vibrant frozen LIQUID form – E3Live.
